  5. Add the fried dodo to the sauce and stir. Let it simmer for 2 minutes Add your, fried gizzard, stir and allow to cook for a few mins. Taste for salt and seasoning. Re-adjust if necessary
  6. Remove from heat and serve; Garnish with cucumber
