Instructions to make Goat Meat Arosto:
  1. Wash and drain the goat meat.
  2. Boil the goat in a sufuria with water and salt for almost 11/2hrs until the meat is soft.

  4. Add onions and capsicum(hoho)and fry them together till they have a pleasant colour.
  5. Add black pepper, cinnamon, ginger and salt and stir for one minute.
